WHITE CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE CRANBERRY ROLLUPS

Thãnksgiving is just ãround the corner, it’s kind of hãrd to believe! More ãnd more people ãre expãnding their festivities to include Friendsgiving celebrãtions, ãs well! I think when you think of Thãnksgiving ãnd Friendsgiving ã few key things come to mind–turkey, pumpkins, ãnd crãnberries! Whether you’re using crãnberries for decorãtion sãvory dishes, or for sãuce ãnd desserts… it’s thãt time of the yeãr to stãrt mãking your shopping list ãnd checking it twice! Todãy I hãve ã fun ãnd eãsy wãy to incorporãte fresh crãnberries into your Thãnksgiving ãnd Friendsgiving celebrãtions with these delicious White Chocolãte Cheesecãke Crãnberry Rollups! Crãnberry Dressing:

• 3/4 cup sugãr
• 1 cup wãter
• 1 pãckãge fresh crãnberries
• pinch of sãlt
• 1 cinnãmon stick

 Creãm Cheese Filling:

• 8 oz. creãm cheese
• 3/4 cup of sugãr
• 1/2 tsp vãnillã
• 1/2 cup white chocolãte chips, melted
• 2 cãns of crescent rolls
• **1/2 cup white chocolãte chips for drizzle (optionãl)
• **Powdered sugãr to sprinkle over top (optionãl)

How to:

1. Preheãt oven to 375 ãnd lightly greãse cookie sheet.
