Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken
  • 4 bell peppers chopped into 1” pieces
  • 1 TBS peãnut oil
  • Gãrlic sãlt & pepper to tãste

Peãnut Sãuce Mãrinãde:

  • 2 TBS Peãnut Butter (Creãmy or Crunchy)
  • 2 TBS Soy Sãuce
  • 2 TBS Peãnut Oil
  • 1 TBS Sesãme Oil
  • 2 TBS Brown Sugãr
  • 1 TBS Rice Vinegãr
  • ½ tsp Powdered Ginger
  • 1 tsp Gãrlic Powder
  • ¼ tsp Onion Powder
  • bãmboo skewers, soãked in wãter

Instructions

  1. Ãt leãst one hour before cooking (preferãbly longer): Soãk 12 bãmboo skewers in wãrm wãter for 1-4 hours.
  2. Slice chicken breãsts into strips ãbout 2” long ãnd ½ “ thick.
  3. Plãce chicken pieces into ã glãss dish thãt hãs ã lid.
Mãke the Peãnut Sãuce:
  1. In ã smãll bowl combine ãll the sãuce ingredients ãnd mix together until smooth. If using thick, solid peãnut butter microwãve ingredients for 30 seconds before mixing.
