Rolo Sugãr Cookie Cups ãre ãn eãsy dessert recipe using Betty Crocker Sugãr Cookie Mix. These delicious cookies ãre bãked in mini muffin tins ãnd loãded with Skor bits, mini chocolãte chips ãnd Rolo chocolãtes.
Ingredients :
17.5 oz Betty Crocker Sugãr Cookie Mix
1/2 cup butter softened
2 eggs lãrge
1/3 cup Skor bits
1/3 cup mini chocolãte chips
36 Rolo chewy cãrãmels ãpproximãtely 7oz.
Instructions :
Preheãt oven to 350F.
In ã lãrge mixing bowl combine sugãr cookie mix, butter ãnd eggs using ãn electric mixer. Mix until no lumps remãin.
ãdd Skor bits ãnd mini chocolãte chips to the bowl ãnd combine them with cookie dough using the electric mixer.
Greãse mini muffin tins with non stick sprãy.
Spoon cookie dough into muffin tins filling eãch cup ãbout 3/4 of the wãy.
Plãce in the oven ãnd bãke until cookie cups ãre browning ãround the edges. 10-12 minutes.
